Consulting Interview by: Melanie N. Phillips-Faithwalker, MA, LCC, CDC, PhD: 09/26/2013

1. What is your view on Consultation?

ABP: My reason for being has always been to help people. Even though some people consider it codependent, I always focus more on the service than the payment. Once, a Consultant has a reputation for efficient, concise, and precise solutions; the pay will come.

2. How do you solicit your consulting clients?

ABP:I rely on word of mouth and affinity or affiliation. I find that people come to know and trust people with whom they have been in professional relationships. Those referrals are worth more than the hourly wage that I may have been paid for another role.

For example, my family members who functioned in the Church; needed a notary seal, and I was commissioned, available and accessible. People with whom I sold Insurance, knew that I was also a notary, so I was happy to extend a courtesy. Another family member, getting a buyout of retirement, wanted a safe and low risk investment; so I provided some options, and information.

Although, I have not spent money for advertising directly, I noted my services on my website www.Avodahministryofsalvation.samsbiz.com & http://WindowsontheWorld.blip.tv and on social media outlets and blogs. i hope to join NAGC, COSE, Greater Cleveland Growth Association, Urban League, and Minority Business Solutions. There are lots of affiliate groups, i just can't afford to joinor buy ads.

3. How do you approach the consultation process?

ABP:How to templates, and business support websites provide the way to craft and hone the consulting framework. However, it really does depend upon the focus of the consultation need. I have created forms, for SWOT Analysis, Project management, and Team Assignments, and I believe in Skills banking in the Team building process.

However, it takes funding to put people on payroll and keep them available for assignments. Per diem consultants are difficult to retain, without enough business to keep them occupied and compensated.

4. What are the time frames in which you operate?

ABP: My favorite benchmark is a 15 day turn around time for a S.W.O.T. Analysis, from Annual report review, site or virtual tour and data collection; to written report and oral presentation to stakeholder (s).

Security focused Consulting opportunities may require more onsite placements, and travel for adequate data collection.

5. How do you follow up?

ABP: follow up is In writing, by telephone, in person or by thank you gift.

6. How do you formally document any assessments that you obtain in the course of the consulting process?

ABP:As stated in question 3 and alluded to in question 4; I produce a written report, and personally make an appointment to orally present the results of my consulting assesments. I also set aside an hour or more, to answer questions. If follow up consulting is requested, it is on a fee basis as well. Please visit my website to see the complete S.P.Eyes consulting proposal for format and an example of the complete parameters of a security focused consult.

Melanie N. Phillips-Faithwalker: Thank you for the interview.

ABP: Thank you for having me, and giving me the opportunity to present this overview of my consulting services. You will find my current contact infornation there as well. I will appreciate any referrals that you can give me. Much success in your future endeavors. 09/26/2013 1:pm EST

Our Proposal

Avodah Ministry of Salvation has a well-deserved reputation for quality customer service. However, faced with changes in economic impacts to transportation and logistics, we are taking full advantage of improvements in technology, Avodah Ministry of Salvation faces the possibility of increasing Agape Spiritual and Pastoral Counseling revenues due customer perceptions of quick delivery and excellent services.

We have developed solutions to help organizations stay ahead of customer satisfaction trends and demands, and have proposed that Avodah Ministry of Salvation implement a logistics solution focused on crises management and automation of many manual steps in our delivery process. Our solution easily integrates with a wide range of video and teleconferencing and online solutions and can enable Avodah Ministry of Salvation to fully realize the benefits of improved productivity throughout the entire Spiritual and Pastoral Counseling cycle. Most importantly, we provide the background in Mental Health Counseling at the Master’s and Doctoral level and over 30 years of Ordained and licensed Ministry experience.

Execution Strategy

Our execution strategy incorporates proven methodologies, extremely qualified personnel, and a highly responsive approach to managing Organizational and personal Counseling and Consulting opportunities.  Our website is an illustration and description of our project methods, including how the project will be developed, a proposed timeline of events, and reasons for why we suggest developing the project as described.

Technical/Project Approach

After placing a Cleveland Plain Dealer Ad which appeared from Wednesday through Sunday on a specific date I logged at least 10 calls from some males and females who talked on average 5 to 15 minutes each on various emotional topics including difficulties with addictions, sexuality, relationships, spirituality and even effects of crimes upon their family and all by telephone and free of charge.  I did not really require a name but they volunteered a first name sometimes.  I referred them to various social services in the community and offered prayers and scriptures or books for self help and improvements.  A copy of that ad is attached.

We Must Repeal the Abortion Law Now!

By Annette Buchanan

Since January 16, 1973 as many as 4000 children have suffered infanticide in America. We can repeal the unholy Abortion method of genocide, and repent so that Yahweh will forgive us and heal our land, and our world.

Roe vs Wade created an American mindset of callous disregard for life in all of its stages; causing countless deaths, murders, abuse, and purposeful tortures and torments throughout the world.

Life is sacred. Human beings are Jesus Christ in humble disguises as said by Mother Teresa of Calcutta India and the Sisters of Divine Charity. Life is worthy of respect in all of its forms. Life is worthy and deserving of dignity and love at every stage of its existence.

Surely Yahweh demands and deserves nothing less for that which He created as the Elohim by His word and Ruach of Holiness in Air, fire, and water, which quickened the Earth.

Let there be Life and Light. O Lord Jesus, let there be mercy in and for humankind again. Forgive us our sins and heal our world. In and through Your Holy Spirit; the same yesterday, today, and forever. "World without end. Amen."

The grief of the abortion process, the causes, and the soul that was denied a place in the world is ongoing. It never leaves the woman, who makes the wrong choice of refusing to bring life into the world and fulfill the command of Yahweh.  "Be fruitful, and multiply."  Surely He has born our griefs and shame, and our sin is always before us.  Lead me to the Rock of my Salvation, the Rock of Christ Jesus.  Eben shittaiyah forever. Forgive me, and all of those mothers and fathers like me, who made the grievous choice of abortion. We just did not trust Yahweh enough to know that He would make a means of Provison for us and for our children. Forgive our country and our Government for passing such a law, rather than create equality for All Americans. Amen.
